Mandatory Unboxing Video
An uncut, continuous video of opening the sealed package upon delivery is strictly mandatory. Without an unboxing video, no return or refund claim will be entertained.
48-Hour Return Window
Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of parcel delivery. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted by our logistics network.
Factory Defects Covered
Only products with verified manufacturing or company-side defects (e.g. stitching tears, crest misprints) are eligible for return. Damage caused on the client's side will not be entertained.
Size Discrepancy & Refund
Need a different size? Pay the price of the new replacement size jersey. Once your returned kit is dispatched, the previous size amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
